The Melbury Room

A charming spacious en-suite room overlooking our orchard and towards Melbury Beacon.  Sink into the most comfortable king size mahogany sleigh bed.  In your room you will find a selection of Dorset teas, Clipper Organic fairtrade coffee and scrumptious Dorset Moores buttercrunch biscuits for you to enjoy.  Lie back and tune in to the radio, snuggle down with a book or watch the TV from the comfort of your bed with a warm vintage teacup in hand. 

Coming with your family? No problem, the room has a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 1 (or 2 little ones).

The cosy bathroom (mind your head walking in!) has a rain head power shower with Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner and body wash.  We are passionate about using sustainable, and local products and produce.

  • Guest landing fridge with fresh bottled water and milk

Kids & Pets

Our children love it when others come to stay. Well behaved children of all ages welcome. The sofa bed can sleep one child, or two littlins.

Unfortunately no dogs are aloud in our rooms, but the Glamping is dog friendly.

Breakfast

  • Scrumptious home cooked local breakfast provided, served in our beautiful breakfast room

  • Breakfast pre ordered the night before, and served between 8-930am (earlier or later by request)

  • The breakfast room can be used at your leisure, as well as the Pool table
